Sustainable changes in sales behaviors require time and a structured approach. They are most effectively achieved by implementing incremental changes over an extended time period.

This can be accomplished through a series of well-designed and facilitated workshops, supported by deliberate practice in one-on-one sessions and systematic tracking of progress and results.

The Sales Excellence Program

Combines workshops and one-on-one coaching over a period of 7-9 months, to refine the sales process through shared experiences, practical exercises, team collaboration and by diving into relevant customer cases.
The results are systematically tracked for the duration of the program.

The outcome is a team and individual sellers who adopt practices and a mindset that strengthen teamwork, improve wellbeing, and enhance customer engagement, ultimately driving better results.

Who is your guide?

My name is Kim Nyström, fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English, and I have combined my two passions - coaching salespeople and mountain climbing - into a service that utilizes lessons from both worlds! I have over 25 years of international experience in sales, including roles as a seller, sales director, and coach.
 

My clients include hundreds of sellers and experts from dozens of different companies across various industries, both in Finland and abroad. 

As a long-time competitive Masters athlete, I know from experience that wellbeing, attitude, preparation and persistence are key to success. The same applies to successful sellers, which is why these elements have an important role in the program.


I am an open-minded coach, advisor, and sparring partner who is passionate about helping sellers reach their sales peaks and succeed!
