Sales Excellence Program
The Program

From 1 to 5 workshops and matching 1-on-1 coaching sessions, it is suitable for sales and marketing of all levels. 
 

The workshops, packed with practical exercises, tips and ideas, provide the sellers with the foundation for improved sales practices, that can be taken into use immediately. 
 

Each workshop is followed by a personal 1-on-1 coaching session for each participant, to ensure the adoption and implementation of new methods and practices.

Other Services

Flexible services for varying needs - can be functional 1-on-1 and team coaching, sessions for prospecting or calling, team kickoffs, keynotes, single or multiple workshops, etc. 

 

Continuous service is also offered - for updating the sales practices, regular monthly meetings etc.

1/2 Day: 2 400 €

Full day (5-8 hrs): 3 800€

Duration and Price

The Sales Excellence Program can be tailored from 1 to 5 workshops, depending on need. 
It can be run in English, Finnish or Swedish.

Each workshop lasts approximately 4 hours, followed by 2-8 weeks of individual 1-on-1 coaching sessions (á 1 hr) and application of new practices. 

For a full program, with Kickoff and Re-cap, the recommended duration is 6-9 months. 

Fees starting from 3 200 €.

Other Services

Tailored workshops, 2-6 hrs, from 1 000€
